In the event of any returns or exchanges, the items must be unworn and in original condition with the tags attached. Proof of purchase must be verified before the return/exchange is processed. ai does not cover any expenses incurred with return shipping and we do not refund on shipping charges incurred with your order. We will repair any manufacturer's defects on new products at no charge to you within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us and ensure to have your order information and pictures. Damage repairs and replacements are a case-by-case basis and it is not guaranteed that we can replace/repair your item based on the circumstances. We have the right to refuse any damages or requests.
Got a stain on your bag? Simply mix a bit of mild soap with warm water and wipe it with a clean, soft white cloth. Follow with a wipe with a water-dampened cloth and dry with another dry cloth.
Stuff bags with tissue paper when not in use so it will keep its shape. Store upright to preserve its shape.
