SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. We aim to process morning orders the same day, however we ask that you allow up to 48 hours (1 week for Made To Order pieces) for your order to be processed.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the following business day.

For your protection, we require a signature at the time of delivery. If you refuse delivery of your order, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund for the merchandise and taxes paid will be issued. Shipping charges and any additional duties or customs charges are non-refundable.

• Regular Post: All Orders Must Be Placed By December 11th, At 12pm EST To Ensure Delivery By Christmas Eve.
• Express Post: All Orders Must Be Placed By December 22nd, At 12pm EST To Ensure Delivery By Christmas Eve.
U.S.
• Regular Post: All Orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 9th, at 12pm EST to ensure delivery by Christmas eve.
• Express Post: All Orders Must Be Placed By Wednesday, December 16th, At 12pm EST To Ensure Delivery By Christmas Eve.
INTERNATIONAL
• Regular Post: All Orders Must Be Placed By December 1st, At 12pm EST To Ensure Delivery By Christmas Eve.
• Express Post: All Orders Must Be Placed By December 10th, At 12pm EST To Ensure Delivery By Christmas Eve.

RETURNS
All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. CAITLIN POWER reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Please note that we will refuse any shipment which arrives postage due. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning merchandise and these will be deducted from the reimbursement, if necessary.
