RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): visible defects were sustained during the 30 day period, but no proof of defects upon initial arrival.

MISSING PRODUCTS/ DID NOT ARRIVE
If your product did not arrive after 30 days, please contact us and we'll either issue you a refund or replacement.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not accept the following conditions refunds:
1) Package did not arrive within customer's personal desired date to meet an event or schedule.

2) Package did not arrive within shipping times specified due to incorrect address submitted during time of order placement or customer not being home for the delivery.

3) Tracking shows package delivered but customer claims to not have received it.

4) Package could not be delivered because customer provided an address that is not accessible by the local courier (ex: gate security codes, multiple mail rooms in large building, declined due to work place regulations).

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we'll provide you with further details.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you do not live in the USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
