All Ben-Amun jewelry is made-to-order in our New York City Design Studio. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before ship date as all of our items are handcrafted by our designer and his team.

Due to Covid-19 disruptions and safety concerns, we are closed Fridays. Shipping and production will continue on the next business day.

Since all our jewelry is carefully hand made and made to order, we cannot allow refunds.

To receive online store credit, please send us the item(s) back within 10 days from the day your order is shipped. Only the amount of the goods will be credited including any applicable taxes. You are required to cover the cost of return shipping and any duties and taxes if applicable for international orders. We will fully cover the cost of return shipping only if your order is incorrect or damaged.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We hand pack all our shipments securely to insure a safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that is incorrect or is damaged, please contact us immediately in order to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number which you will need to include in your return package. You can then send the product back to us wrapped in its original packaging and we will be happy to replace the damaged or incorrect item at our expense. We will gladly replace the item(s) and cover the full costs of shipping.

To keep your jewelry clean and in pristine condition so you may enjoy it for many years to come, please store in a dust free environment or container, like a soft pouch or jewelry box. Keep it away from dust, moisture, and always clean with a lint free soft cloth.

Here is our in-depth guide for caring for your jewelry:
• Wipe your jewelry often with a soft cloth. Clean sterling silver jewelry with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid rubbing the cloth on precious or semi-precious stone surfaces. Never submerge your jewelry in a liquid cleaner.

• Always avoid contact with chemicals, such as hair spray and perfume, household cleaners, pool chemicals, salt or hard water. Put your jewelry on after your perfume and hair spray are dry.

• Do not swim or bathe while wearing your jewelry.

• Store your jewelry in a soft pouch. Keep pieces separate to avoid scratch marks.

• Wipe your jewelry pieces with a soft, clean cloth after wearing to help remove natural body oils and/or sweat residue.

• Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones. The surface of gold, platinum and silver jewelry can become dulled. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry.

• Store your jewelry pieces in the pouches provided or in a jewelry box or jewelry case with the lid closed.

• Do not store pearls in sealed bags, they need to breath. But do wipe them clean after wearing as they could retain body oils and eventually stain or change color.

• A soft, lint free cloth is an effective and inexpensive way to keep your pieces lustrous and shining.
