SHIPPING

If your items are in stock, we will process the order and ship within 48 hours. Many of our styles are made to order and will take 7-14 days to produce and ship. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our headquarters to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.

RETURNS

All items are subject to store credit and exchange until 7 days after the item is received by the customer. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Returns are subject to approval by Tarin Thomas within these 7 days. If your item is eligible for return, we will then issue you a return authorization code and shipping details. All discounted items purchased are final sale. Custom pieces and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. In the event of a valid exchange/return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved for returning the item.

WARRANTY
Tarin Thomas takes great care to provide quality merchandise. We accept repairs to our items for up to 90 days from date of purchase at no cost to the purchaser. Each repair is subject to a case by case review by Tarin Thomas. After this period we can complete repairs for a fee. No warranty will be provided for an item that has not be handled and treated correctly. The purchaser is responsible for shipping in to Tarin Thomas and for the return to them as well.

CARE

All jewelry is delicate and requires special care. Of course, all jewelry can be cleaned by store bought jewelry cleaner but there is a great do-it-yourself all purpose cleaner that can easily be done right at home!

YELLOW BRASS OR BRONZE
Overtime, the color of your yellow brass jewelry may naturally change depending on air, skin acidity and other environmental factors. Brass has a nice gold hue to it, but because of its nature, it will tend to develop a patina (tarnish/ rustic looking).
1. Create a solution of water, vinegar, and salt. Mix 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar into 1 cup of steaming hot water.
2. Dip a soft cloth or soft bristled toothbrush into the solution and apply the solution to the tarnished areas.
3. Gently rub the tarnished brass with the cloth or toothbrush, continue rubbing until you notice the tarnished fading. Take extreme care when rubbing around the setting and stone.
4. Finish by drying the jewelry with a clean cloth. If the object you're cleaning is badly tarnished, you may need to repeat the process to get all the tarnish off.
*No vinegar? Use lemon juice instead. The citric acid in lemon juice works just as well as the acetic acid in the vinegar.

STERLING SILVER
The perfect all-purpose jewelry cleaner is : dish detergent + a soft tooth brush.
1. Fill a small bowl of warm water with a few drops of a mild dish washing soap.
2. Let your sterling silver or gold jewelry soak for 10-15 minutes.
3. Once the soak is complete with a soft bristled tooth brush gently scrub the ring and little spaces around the stones. Please note that dish detergent is not safe for pearls or opals as they are very delicate.
4. Once you are done scrubbing, rinse your piece in warm water and set it on a soft cloth to dry. You can use a soft cloth to do a final polishing touch.
