How can I find the styles worn in music videos and photoshoots?

Select Music within the menu bar and click on the music video that you would like to view. From there, you can find the items worn in the music video itself (Music), the artists' Signature Looks and All Outfits (Artists), and the items worn by the artists in their social media posts, red carpet events, and promotional photoshoots (Posts).

To view a film's post, select Films within the menu bar and click on the film that you would like to view. From there, you can find the items worn by the actors in their social media posts, red carpet events, and promotional photoshoots (Posts).

What if I don't want to browse through Films or Music to discover the items?

You can scroll through all of the items on MIRINLY within Trunk.

How can I stay updated on my favourite artists, brands, films, music videos, and characters?

Fill in the star icon to the right of the artist, brand, film, music video, and character that you want to favourite - you can manage them within the Favourites section. To unfavourite, click on the orange star icon so that it is no longer filled in. You will receive real-time updates on your favourites in Mainstreet. 

What forms of payment do you take?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, VISA Checkout, and Masterpass.

How can I find an order that I placed?

In general, go to Order Lookup (at the bottom of the page under Help) and fill in the order number and the order's associated email address.

If you were signed in when you placed an order, click on your name at the top right and select Orders from the dropdown.
